ALD Automotive EOOD, one of the leaders of operational leasing industry, announces the appointment of Desislava Todorova as the new Operations Director of the company, effective since January 1st 2022. Desislava Todorova is part of the Management Board of the company and was previously the Project and Administration Manager at ALD Automotive in the country.
Desislava Todorova in her role of Operations Director is in charge of managing the purchase and delivery services regarding new vehicles, the after-sales services (maintenance, insurance, assistance, tires, customer care) and the sales of used cars returned at the end of the operating lease agreements, while keeping in her responsibilities the supervision of Projects and Administration.
“Desislava is an excellent professional with extensive experience and an end-to-end understanding of the operational leasing market and the mobility industry. She knows the specific needs of the business environment in Bulgaria regarding products and financing solutions. Biography:
Desislava Todorova has 15 years of professional experience, 8 of which with ALD Automotive. She contributed significantly to the establishment and development of ALD in Bulgaria since its very founding in 2014. She is a key participant in the main processes, including the merger of MKB, as well as the implementation and enhancement of internal tools and programs dedicated to innovation, efficiency and customer care.
During her professional career, Desislava has held various positions in Sales, Marketing and Projects domains in different business areas.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Informatics and a master’s degree in Business Administration – both from the University of National and World Economy.
